Refund policy: Note that once we receive your deposit to hold the dates you've reserved, we have effectively taken this apartment off the market. Most people are now reserving their vacation residence many months in advance. If you choose to cancel for any reason, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to re-rent the apartment for the period of time you reserved. Therefore, there will be no refunds of deposit for cancellation at any time for any reason.
Price includes 15% federal tax.
Longer rentals available at $550-700/month (depending on months).
50% deposit payable by Pay Pal, VISA, Mastercard, check or money order; balance for total period of stay due 45 days prior to arrival. $200 damage deposit. We are pet friendly so your pet is welcome, but have our own cats who love tenants, especially tenants who feed them. If you do not want to be bothered by our cats do not give them your restaurant leftovers!
