Recently repainted with a small kitchen area with stainless steel sink, refrigerator. It comes with cable TV, high speed internet service, all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, maid service. The apartment has a toaster, coffeepot, blender, and a microwave. It is just off the main boulevard in the town of Santiago, close to shopping, restaurants, bars, busses and taxis. There is a full kitchen next door (the original building was a restaurant), always open, for major cooking. 3 blocks from Olas Altas/Miramar beach. DVD player available if requested. Refund policy: Note that once we receive your deposit to hold the dates you've reserved, we have effectively taken this apartment off the market. Most people are now reserving their vacation residence many months in advance. If you choose to cancel for any reason, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to re-rent the apartment for the period of time you reserved. Therefore, there will be no refunds of deposit for cancellation at any time for any reason.

Price includes 16% federal tax.  

Longer rentals available at $400-600/month (depending on months). 

50% deposit payable to our Pay Pal account. We use Pay Pal because it is safe and secure for both sides. If you have never used Pay Pal before, we'll be happy to walk you through it. Balance for total period of stay due 45 days prior to arrival. $200 damage deposit. We are pet friendly so your pet is welcome, but have our own cats who love tenants, especially tenants who feed them. If you do not want to be bothered by our cats do not give them your restaurant leftovers!

Street view. Apartment is on the right side of the Scuba Shack building behind the telephone box. As you go through the gated entry, the common kitchen is the first door on the left. It is occasionally used by Scuba Shack employees, but it is open 24/7 so that tenants in both apartment may make use of the extra fridge, 4-burner stove with oven, crock pot, additional microwave, more pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and washing machine. The ice machine and coolers are also made available to tenants. There are two apartments behind Scuba Shack, as well as a backyard with clotheslines, plus a shaded area with a table and umbrella. Tenants are also provided with an umbrella to take to the beach.
