The rustic, yet clean "casita" comes complete with an A/C unit, washer, 2-burner hot plate, blender, coffeemaker, 2 twin beds, other furniture, stereo--everything you need for a long term rental. You pay electricity and water. Sky TV (satellite dish) also available at additional cost. $650 USD/month
